I bought 2 icecream machines and everything after has been TERRIBLE. The agent Bonnie wrote it dispenses 3 flavors (better than competitors), but upon arrival I found out it only has 2 (3rd is a mix of the others, which is standard). On the day of shipping.Upon receiving, I realised they "forgot" to send critical parts like a UV disinfectant, which I was billed for.Further, after 4 months of testing, we just CAN'T launch the machine. Her Whatsapp team group takes forever to respond and is vague. The pending issues to be specific after 4 months are: 1. The machine overheats every night (inside our AIR CONDITIONED TESTING KITCHEN!!) and shuts off, and every morning we have to throw all the ice cream and spend an hour cleaning it. 2. The app for updating the price and items doesn't sync, so my ice cream price is stuck at $100/cup!!! Also, I can't update the flavors or anything 3. The app for parameters reads "0" though machine is on with ice cream We're SO close to launch, but we can't!
